Timelines vary by project size and scope, but we provide an estimated completion schedule before work begins. Typically, smaller projects (like decks/porches) can be completed within a month, while larger projects (such as additions) can take a 2-3 months
Contract & Payment:
Do you provide a written contract?
Yes, we provide a detailed contract outlining scope, costs, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms to ensure transparency. This way everything is laid out on paper and business is done ethically and legally.
How does your payment structure work?
Payments are typically made in installments—an initial deposit, progress payments, and a final payment upon project completion.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we provide clear pricing upfront. However, unforeseen circumstances (such as rotting and/or structural damages) or additional requests may require adjustments, which we discuss before proceeding. This way everything continues to be transparent.
What happens if I want to make changes after the contract is signed?
Change orders are possible, but they may affect the budget and timeline. We’ll provide an updated estimate before proceeding.

Project Execution & Communication:
Will I need to vacate my home during the renovation?
Typically, it is not necessary to vacate your home. Unless it is an extremely large and disruptive project, relocation is not necessary and we will try to keep the disturbance down to a minimum. We will discuss this during our on-site consultation.
How do you ensure the safety of my property during renovations?
We take precautions such as protective coverings, dust control, and security measures to safeguard your home. We always vet and discuss material and safety hazards with you before proceeding, and we never use any toxic/carcinogenic materials in our renovations.
How often will I receive project updates?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and compliant with all local building codes and regulations for the state of Massachusetts. If your construction needs any licenses and permits, we'll handle that as well.

Post-Renovation:
Do you handle cleanup and disposal of debris?
Yes, we clean up the site and properly dispose of construction debris as part of our service. Everything will be neat and tidy by the end of the renovation.
Will you provide maintenance tips after the renovation?
Yes, we offer guidance on maintaining your new renovations to help preserve quality and longevity.
